ABSOLUTE BOMBSHELL: THE EPSTEIN FILES EXPOSED – IS THE ROYAL FAMILY’S DARKEST SECRET FINALLY OUT?

Sir Keir Starmer tonight called on Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to testify before the US Congress after disturbing photos of the former prince appeared in the latest Epstein files.

The Prime Minister said the disgraced former Duke of York had a duty to the victims of convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, as further damaging material emerged from the disclosure.

Sir Keir said victims ‘have to be the first priority’ and that ‘anybody who has got information should be prepared to share that information in whatever form they are asked to do that’.

He added that a ‘victim-centred’ approach was why Andrew should co-operate fully and provide information ‘in whatever form’ he is requested.

The comments came after images appearing to show Andrew crouched over an unidentified woman were published.

The photographs form part of more than three million documents released by the US Department of Justice on Friday.

As he arrived in Japan for the final leg of his visit to East Asia, Sir Keir was asked if Andrew should apologise and testify to the congressional Epstein investigation.

The Prime Minister replied: ‘Firstly I always approach this question with the victims of Epstein’s in mind. Epstein’s victims have to be the first priority.

‘Whether there should be an apology, that’s a matter for Andrew.

‘But, yes, in terms of testifying, I’ve always said anybody who’s got information should be prepared to share that information in whatever form they’re asked to do that because you can’t be victim-centred if you’re not prepared to do that.’

Starmer’s calls came as more documents from the files revealed testimony from a new woman who claimed that both Andrew and Epstein ‘abused her terribly’.

She alleged in a statement to the FBI that she was trafficked to the paedophile financier and then used by him and Andrew.

The woman, who has not been identified said in her July 2020, submission: ‘I have been trafficked to Epstein. He and Andrew have dragged me through hell and back.

‘They tore me and hurt the very soul of me. He became a controller and sexually abused me.

‘He was friends with Andrew, who did the same thing.’

She claimed to have been abused between 1996 and 2018. Andrew has always denied all the allegations against him.

The latest pictures, released in a document of 100 pages of photographs, also appear to show the former duke touching the woman’s abdomen.

Another unidentified person’s feet are up on a table in the background. They have no captions and it is not known where they were taken.

Elsewhere in the document dump, screenshots and scans appear to show the former prince exchanged emails with Epstein about a ‘beautiful’ Russian woman and invited him to Buckingham Palace.

Lord Mandelson, the former ambassador to the US, also features in the release of files.

The peer was sacked as the chief envoy to Washington DC after revelations of his continued contact with Epstein following his guilty plea in 2008 to soliciting prostitution and soliciting a minor.

Lord Mandelson has offered an unequivocal apology to Epstein’s victims.

The documents showed exchanges between Epstein and Reinaldo Avila da Silva, the husband of Lord Mandelson, about paying a fee for him to attend the British School of Osteopathy.

One email referred to a £10,000 transfer from Epstein.

Sir Keir was asked if the payment, apparently made while Lord Mandelson was serving as business secretary, fell below the standards of a peer of the realm.

The Prime Minister replied: ‘In relation to Peter Mandelson, obviously he was removed as ambassador in relation to the further information that came to light in September of last year and I’ve nothing more to say in relation to Peter Mandelson.’

It comes after earlier today it emerged Andrew sent photographs of his daughters Eugenie and Beatrice to Epstein at Christmas as the princesses were dragged into the latest scandal to hit their disgraced parents.

The King’s brother, 65, included a series of snaps of the sisters in two festive emails sent in 2011 and 2012, files released by the US Department of Justice last night show.

The pictures were sent when Eugenie was 21 and 22, and Beatrice was 23 and 24, after the disgraced financier’s 2008 conviction for procuring a child for prostitution.

The intimate family snaps were sent up to two years after the former prince previously claimed to have cut off all contact with the paedophile.

The image of him proudly showing off his daughters’ exploits as a doting father figure draws a stark contrast with the secret life he and ex-wife Sarah lived behind closed doors as they rubbed shoulders with the rich and powerful.

The emails were released as part of a tranche of some three million documents relating to Epstein by the US government on Friday, and were just a fraction of the embarrassing content for the former Duke and Duchess of York.

The latest revelations leave Beatrice and Eugenie in ‘trying times’, royal expert Jennie Bond said today, as the sisters struggle to navigate their father’s increasingly humiliating position ostracised from the royal family.

The first email, sent from Andrew’s official ‘HRH The Duke of York’ email account on December 21, 2011, included a picture of Beatrice and Eugenie posing together in the snow.

Princess Beatrice is pictured wearing a silver Christmas cracker hat and ear muffs, while Princess Eugenie is wrapped up in a fur hat and brown scarf.

It is one of four images on the greetings card which also include a photograph of a snow-covered Royal Lodge and what appears to be Andrew in a canoe.

The card states: ‘Wishing you much joy and happiness and this time and for the year ahead’ and is signed by Andrew.

The second card, sent on December 20 2012, include pictures of the princesses on a charity bike ride and mountain climbing.

In captioned photos it displays Andrew abseiling down The Shard, and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, 66, walking across Great Slave Lake in Canada.

Princess Beatrice is seen posing with one hand on her hip while climbing Mont Blanc in February 2012, while her sister is seen taking part in a Night Rider event in London, atop a bike and wearing high-vis and a helmet.

Alongside 3,000 other participants, Princess Eugenie raised £9,000 for her charities of choice, the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and the MCC Foundation to support the building of a cricket stadium in Rwanda.

The images see the innocent sisters dragged into the latest twist in the scandal which has engulfed their parents for months, seeing them stripped of privileges, titles and finally evicted from their 30-room home, the Royal Lodge in Windsor.
